Omli Technologies Private Limited (“Omli”, “we”, “our”, “us”) builds safe, delightful, and educational AI-powered experiences for young children and families. This Products & Services Policy explains the hardware, software, and cloud services we provide, along with the expectations from parents and guardians.

Our Products
1) Doro Buddy (AI Plush Toy)
Doro Buddy is an interactive AI companion designed for children aged 3–8. It supports:
- Voice conversations (Hindi, English, Hinglish)
- Fun learning activities
- Games, stories, and songs
- Memory-based personalised interactions
- Safe, child-appropriate dialogue design
2) Omli Parent App (Android / iOS)
The Omli Parent App enables parents to:
- Create and manage child profiles
- View conversation summaries & learning insights
- Configure safety modes & screen-time limits
- Enable or disable memories
- Manage subscriptions and device settings
- Raise support issues directly
3) Omli Cloud Services
Omli Cloud powers seamless real-time interactions and includes:
- Speech-to-text processing
- AI conversation generation
- Personalised learning models
- Text-to-speech voice synthesis
- Analytics dashboards
- Secure storage of summaries & insights
Who Can Use Our Products
- Designed for children aged 3–8 years
- Must always be used under adult supervision
- Parents/guardians must create & manage the account
Omli products are not intended for:
- Children under 3 years
- Medical, therapeutic, or emergency communication purposes
- Replacing parental guidance or supervision
What We Provide
1) Hardware Product
A Doro Buddy kit typically includes:
- Plush toy with embedded hardware
- Charger/cable (if applicable)
- Getting-started manual
- Limited manufacturer warranty
2) Software & Cloud Services
Free tier includes:
- Limited conversations
- Basic parental insights
- Standard voice
- Feature updates
Paid plans include:
- Unlimited conversations
- High-quality voices
- Advanced analytics
- New skills & learning modes
- Priority support
3) Content Safety
We filter unsafe, abusive, adult, or inappropriate content. Parents may review and report content via the app.
User Responsibilities
Parents/guardians must:
- Supervise usage at all times
- Ensure proper onboarding & configuration
- Maintain connectivity
- Keep firmware/app updated
- Use the product safely and legally
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the system
Warranty & Returns
Omli provides a 6-month limited hardware warranty. Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused. Replacements are issued only for manufacturing defects.
Service Availability & Updates
Omli services require stable internet connectivity. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or external factors. Updates to firmware and apps may be pushed automatically.
Subscription & Billing
- First month subscription will be provided at an introductory amount of INR 1
- Subscription plan of INR 299 will be charged from 2nd month onwards
- Plans will be billed monthly
- Auto-renew is enabled by default
- Users will be able to cancel subscription at any moment. User will continue to recieve benefits for the paid months
- Refunds provided only for duplicate or verified technical issues
Safety Expectations
Omli is a learning companion, not a caretaker. Parents must supervise interactions and ensure the child uses the product safely.
Limitation of Liability
Omli is not liable for misuse, emotional harm from unsupervised use, connectivity problems, or issues caused by third-party integrations.
